Yoga  (Flexibility based classes)  

Vinyasa Yoga/Vinyasa Flow/Alignment/Athletic – Emphasis is on linking breath w/movement, strength & form.

Gentle Yoga – A yoga class suitable for beginners emphasizing gentle movement, alignment, and stretching

Restorative Yoga – Yoga postures to warm the body for relaxation & deep restoration.

UpRIGHT Yoga- A NYHRC exclusive A beautiful standing and seated 30 or 45-minute practice designed for yogis on the run.
UpRight Yoga will also benefit those taking a dog break as well (easy on the wrists & shoulders)

Yoga DetoxA 1 hour Yoga Experience that will transform your yoga practice.
Yoga Detox encourages weight loss in a new way by linking movement and breath and will help you change the way you relate to your body.

Body Work   (Recovery based classes)

BodyTRAC A NYHRC exclusive through self-massage, releases tight muscles calm the nervous system and improve performance. (Uses Rad Rollers and Balls)


Mind/Body  (Flexibility & Strength)

Pilates Mat –A workout that restores muscular balance, strengthens & stretches the body. Pilates Barre incorporates ballet-based exercises

Pilates Fusion– Cardio, Strength & Flexibility are the 3 components of Fitness, fuse them together and see what happens.

BARRE (A blend of Yoga and Pilates)

FLUIDITY® –  A combination of ballet barre, yoga, pilates, and strength training to create a longer and leaner body.


Diezel Impact –A partner-based impact circuit incorporating elements of Kung Fu, Karate & Muay Thai. The focus is on punching, kicking & technique using mitts & kicking pads. (Intermediate-Advanced)


Boot Camp Cycling-A challenging boot camp style ride

Cycling*- An indoor cycling workout that targets and strengthens the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves.

Cycle HIIT – High-Intensity Interval Training meets the road with a time-saving cardio/strength workout.


Ballroom Dance –  A comprehensive dance program, including a full range of Latin and standard ballroom dance, and more.

(Night Club Salsa, Argentine Tango, Merengue, Swing, Bachata & Hustle)

Zumba® – A dynamic fitness program–including Caribbean & Latin rhythms.

Caribbean Heat – A nonstop cardio dance workout set to the latest dance hall & soca tunes that will make you sweat like you are on a hot island vacation.

HIIT   (High-Intensity Interval Training)

INSANITY® – Insanity uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercises and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest.

Tabata Bootcamp®/Tabata Sculpt/Tabata 30 – Tabatas are short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short rests. Excellent for fat burning and ton

Cardio HIIT- A high-Intensity format with emphasis on Cardio Athletic Training.


Knockout Sculpt– NYHRC exclusive class that combine athletic movement, functional training, and military drills.

Ultimate Abs – Focuses on abs, obliques & lower back.

Athletic Abs- Focuses on abs, obliques & lower back.

Hard Core/Cardio Core– A workout that targets the mid parts of the body & concentrates on legs, glutes, abdominals, back, and stabilization.

Boot Camp- An intense strength training workout that combines strength intervals with cardio segments.

Burn 45/ Burn 30 – A NYHRC exclusive intense format that focuses on core training, rhythm change, ROM with light cardio to lengthen and tone.

Diezel Sculpt/Diezel HIIT – An intense strength training workout that combines strength intervals with cardio segments.

Arms/Abs/Assets – A NYHRC exclusive targets arms, abs, and glutes for a total body workout.

Interval Sculpt/Boot Camp Sculpt/Strength Training – An intense strength training workout that combines strength intervals.

ATHLETICA – Sculpt and train your body like an athlete. 

Atletica burns fat and delivers a strong body.
