Our 10 week obstacle training program is designed to prepare you to conquer the course and maximize your race experience. You’ll meet with a specialized Running Coach for an initial consultation and goal-setting session, then your coach will personalize the program you’ll follow leading up to the race while remaining available for questions and guidance throughout your experience.
